Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer accounts
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
- Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
