Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales through in-person and digital selling tools
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
Requirements
