Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads a brand counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales. This role coaches the team, manages vendor events and promotions, and uses in-store and digital tools to build customer relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products and routines
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
• Coach and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to proactively handle customer concerns
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to achieve sales targets
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
