Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and open customer loyalty accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends, products and industry knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
