Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while growing customer loyalty
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Utilize text and social media to engage and grow customer following
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and respect during close personal services like makeup application
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
