Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
