Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Sell products and meet personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer loyalty accounts and build customer following
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
