Summary

Manage a beauty brand counter focused on men's fragrances by delivering personalized consultations, driving sales through in-store and digital channels, and creating a welcoming customer experience. Responsibilities

• Provide fragrance consultations and product recommendations based on customer goals
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses as appropriate
• Use in-store and digital tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization and customer-ready presentation
