The Beauty Counter Manager maximizes sales and creates personalized beauty experiences at a brand counter within the beauty department, combining selling and teaching roles while building customer relationships both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Keep department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards program accounts
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
