Manage and drive sales for an assigned luxury beauty brand at a department counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while coaching and collaborating with the store team. Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets and participate in commission-based selling
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand vendors to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new loyalty accounts
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends based on business needs
