Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Sell products using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
