Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for assigned luxury brands. This role combines selling, teaching, and customer relationship building in a commissioned retail environment at the Montgomery Mall location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and open new rewards accounts
• Keep department organized, clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
