Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through ongoing trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
