Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, and counter business management in a commissioned retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, assess skincare needs, and recommend products tailored to customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready while building customer loyalty.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and support enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge.
