Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and tailored product recommendations.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
- Perform sales transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Recruit and grow a customer following through networking, text, and social media.
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training.
