The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer service for an assigned luxury beauty brand at a retail counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales and managing vendor relationships. This role balances selling, teaching, and maintaining counter presentation while using in-store and digital tools to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and open customer reward accounts
• Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for all customers
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
