The Beauty Counter Manager leads brand-specific selling and customer education at the beauty counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer loyalty. Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
• Utilize text and social media to engage customers and drive business
