Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty, including opening rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
Requirements

- Excellent customer connection and problem handling skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
