Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for the La Mer counter. This role combines customer-facing selling and beauty education while building lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer goals.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
• Manage vendor relationships, event schedules, promotions, and counter readiness.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and training.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and promote Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
