Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and drive sales through in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts and build loyalty
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

• Passion for beauty, makeup application and skincare
• Strong customer service ability and capacity to connect with diverse customers
• Excellent multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort in a commissioned sales environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
