The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and client service for an assigned beauty brand, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving counter performance through in-store and digital selling. This role balances hands-on application, coaching, event coordination, and vendor relations to grow customer loyalty and meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally

- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
