Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive counter sales using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain counter organization and a customer-ready environment
