The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer service for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales performance and managing vendor events and relationships. This role balances selling, teaching, and counter operations to build customer loyalty and meet sales goals through in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns proactively
• Keep the counter organized, clean and customer-ready
• Use networking and technology including text and social media to grow customer following
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts

• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a commissioned environment

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
