Manage a luxury beauty brand counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales through in-store and digital channels. Act as both salesperson and teacher, build customer relationships, execute vendor events, and maintain counter presentation in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
