Manage a luxury beauty counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer relationships. Act as both salesperson and educator for assigned brands, executing in-store and digital selling strategies and managing vendor events and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and sell using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Open new customer loyalty accounts to build clientele

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
