Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing selling and education with counter operations, vendor relationships, and customer development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Support customers with sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
