Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to customers
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain counter organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Use text and social media to build customer following and drive sales
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with customers
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort working in a commissioned environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
