The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for assigned beauty brands. This role combines customer service, product education, and counter business management.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and personalized product recommendations.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
