Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling methods including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department to keep it customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns

- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to meet sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
