Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Create welcoming and inclusive experiences and handle customer concerns
- Perform sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks
