Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales both in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets and participate in commission-based selling
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support brand performance
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges while enrolling customers in rewards programs
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
