Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend and sell products to achieve personal and counter sales goals
- Utilize in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
