Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and open customer accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
