Lead sales and customer experiences for assigned luxury beauty brands while coaching and collaborating with team members. Drive in-store and digital sales through makeup applications, skincare consultations, vendor event management, and strong customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup applications and skincare analyses to customers
- Recommend products and build customer loyalty including opening rewards accounts
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
