Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Create welcoming inclusive environment and collaborate with team members
- Manage sales transactions including refunds exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Maintain counter organization cleanliness and product presentation
- Keep current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
