Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling methods
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
