Beauty Counter Manager - Town Center at Boca Raton

As a Beauty Counter Manager at Town Center at Boca Raton, you will be responsible for creating personalized beauty experiences and maximizing sales for the Lancôme brand. You will play a dual role as both a salesperson and a teacher, thriving in a commissioned sales environment and building a customer following both in-store and digitally.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Ensure the department is customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
