Manage a designated beauty brand counter by delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences, driving sales both in-store and digitally, and fostering strong vendor and customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
