The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the store counter, acting as both salesperson and educator to drive results and build customer loyalty. Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
