Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and collaborate with team members
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
