Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts.
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness.
- Stay current on beauty trends and brand product knowledge through training.
