Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards accounts
• Keep counter and department organized and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
