Summary

Manage a luxury beauty counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer relationships. Lead counter operations, vendor events, and maintain product and trend knowledge to meet sales goals in a commissioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
• Keep counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
