Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customers beauty goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts to build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department to ensure a customer ready space
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills with empathy and respect for customers
- Strong multitasking organization and follow through abilities
