Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Use in-store and digital tools including text and social media to meet sales targets
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Keep counter organized and customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive shopping environment
• Stay updated on beauty trends through brand trainings
