The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education with counter operations and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customers' goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and stay current on beauty trends and products through training.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
