Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and sell using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets and participate in commissioned sales activities
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer rewards accounts
- Maintain counter cleanliness, organization, and product presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to connect with customers and handle concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
