Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open rewards accounts.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment and collaborate with team members.
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
Requirements
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending and reaching.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
