Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This dual role combines customer service, beauty education, and counter management in a commissioned sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
