Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations to drive sales both in-store and digitally. Create a welcoming environment, build customer relationships, and support beauty events and services at the store.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on-trend and luxury beauty products
- Use digital tools and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Good multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
